Integrative Mind-Body Coaching
Practical tools for anxiety, relationships & emotional eating.
You know what you should do.
But sometimes knowing isn't enough.

- You overthink.
- You replay conversations.
- You second-guess relationships.
- You eat when you're stressed, bored or emotional.
- You know your patterns — but can't always seem to change them.
That's where practical guidance can help. I help clients understand the patterns keeping them stuck and develop simple, realistic tools to respond differently — with more confidence, calm and self-trust.
We can work on
Anxiety & Overthinking
Quiet the mental noise, manage anxious thoughts and stop getting caught in the same cycles.
Relationships
Understand patterns, communicate more clearly, strengthen boundaries and stop abandoning yourself to keep the peace.
Emotional Eating
Break the connection between emotions and food and develop a healthier, more trusting relationship with yourself.
Self-Worth
Move away from self-criticism, people-pleasing and constant second-guessing — and build a stronger sense of self.
Practical. Personal. No judgment.
My approach combines my background in clinical psychology, behavioral principles, health education and years of working directly with people to create practical tools you can actually use in everyday life.
No perfection. No extremes. No “just think positive.”
Just a deeper understanding of yourself — and practical ways to change what isn't working.
